Ahhh Facebook! I have a love hate relationship with FB, but for now, let's talk about one reason I love it, her name is Dena. We were friends growing up, but you know how life goes, people sometimes drift apart or in and out of your life at various times. Anyway, thanks to little ol' FB, an old friend and I were reconnected and it's been almost like yesterday. . .

Fast forward from our youth, and now we celebrate Dena's engagement to Tom, who it turns out is a great photographer. Brian helped out with our session since we wanted to include their awesome dog, Barney, in some of their photographs before doing some of just the two of them. Dena & Tom were a dream to photograph because they let me take them on a fun excursion; and they were up for trying anything. Tom says he is uncomfortable in front of the camera (a statement I sympathize with), but he was great.  And Dena, well she's incredibly fun to photograph and being photogenic doesn't hurt her either. ;) She naturally gives a variety of expressions and looks which is a great treat for me, her photographer.

It was hard to choose which images to blog, but I wanted to pick ones that reminded me of their unique session.
