Olive's New Puppy! - Dog photography in PA
We are adopting a foster puppy!
You probably are familiar with our dog Olive. She's on the blog all of the time, and she pretty much rules our world. Well, remember those foster puppies? Turns out at least one of them now has a home. He's going to live with us. I never, ever thought I'd have another puppy, we've been looking to adopt an older dog for a while now. After a lot of heartache and searches, we postponed for a bit. Along come the foster puppies. This guy just fit in with our little pack! It was totally unexpected, but amidst all of his crazy puppy antics, it seems quite right now. Olive has had a totally pampered week too. She even had some gourmet meals of turkey, rice, green beans and carrots. Today, she seemed almost fond of him as she climbed on the couch beside him to take a nap. That made us breathe a sigh of relief.
It's been a crazy week, but we're all adjusting and really hoping this smart pup turns out to be as cool as Olive is. I hope he follows in her pawprints. Woof, woof!
Olive & Brian

Carisa & Basil (pronounced Bazzle) Can you believe this little monster was on death row (aka, scheduled to be euthanized because there was no more room at the shelter)? If you or anyone you know are ever looking for a dog, puppy, cat, kitten, rabbit even, please check all of the shelters, fosters, and rescues for your new best friend. I guarantee you can find any breed!

Getting used to one another in the yard.

I really think it looks like Olive is smiling in the next photo! What do you think? :)

Basil's giant ears. . .we think he's part Doberman and part ??????? Any guesses?

Olive's giant drool. . .that's a lab for you! Don't worry, we won't let her eat him. ;)

He really fell asleep like this, but don't worry, after the photo op, I moved him to a safer part of the couch.
