Welcome to my new blog.  I'm a photographer based out of Camp Hill, PA but my adventures and exploration take me beyond Central PA.  Feel free to take some time exploring my blog site and the links to my professional websites featuring more portrait and wedding images. Kristina, Jason, Cocoa, Remi, & Russel - Central Pa Dog Photographer

I met up with this playful family in Spring Grove, PA.  They live on and operate a beautiful farm.  It was important to Kristina that she have photographs of her whole family, her dogs are like her kids; of course I can completely relate!  Although Cocoa is a little nervous around new people, he warmed up to us right away.   You can see he's such a sweetie, always on the hunt for the perfect belly rub.  Remi, the Yellow Lab, was a little instigator, which of course I loved.   Russell, the Jack Russell, decided it was the perfect day to dig a moat around the pond, check out his dirty mug.  ;)  Just his natural instincts kicking in I think.

The morning was unbelievably fun for me, and I hope these photographs give you just a little feel of the how this family spends some of its time together.   I truly love photographing people with their animal companions (if you can't tell - ha).

Meet Wally & Maddie and Their Feline Friends - Dog Photographers in Central PA

Meet Wally & Maddie, two Italian Greyhounds with an obsession with their tennis balls and boy are they fast. . .so fast when they chase them!  They also have two feline friends and they all pretty much get along; at least they did during my session.  And yes, I photograph cats (and horses etc.) too.  ;)  I met their owner Alice through the CPAA.  I highly suggest you check out this wonderful organization.

I'd write more, but it's that time of year so I have to stick to short texts and get right to the images. . .

This is Wally, he's about 4 years and only weighs 14 pounds.

This is Maddie, she weighs half of Wally's weight but don't let her petite build full you, she's full of pizzazz!

Kristin + Josh + Lucas the Dog - Creative Portraits in Annville, PA

Some people tell stories with words. . .I tell your story through my eyes with my photographs!

Last Friday, Brian and I trekked out to a new spot to meet this amazing trio!  As you can tell, they are soon to be a fabulous family of four!  During the session, we discovered that K & J drove all the way to Michigan to pick up their rescued puppy, Lucas, who is now 4 years old.  Although they were told he was a Shar Pei, just by looking at him you can tell he's a mix of Shar Pei + something else.  I personally think he is part lab, which might be why he also likes to swim. ;)  For sure, he's one of a kind!  He reminded me of a teddy bear, but sooo much cuter.  He really is as soft as he looks and loves to give kisses!

Originally, Kristin wanted photographs of Lucas; but I am so glad she decided on photographs of the entire family.  Can you believe that these two have never had professional photographs taken before our session?  They seem so natural, so comfortable in front of the camera which made my job even more fun!  Josh had Kristin laughing and smiling the whole session; and Kristin, well, she's a radiant and energetic mommy to be.  Spending the evening with them hiking around the park was incredibly inspiring to me as their photographer in oh so many ways.

Thank you K, J, & L for sharing so much of yourselves with us.  Here are just a few of my favorites from your wicked fun session!
