Greetings & Salutations! Welcome to my new blog.  I'm a photographer based out of Camp Hill, PA but my adventures and exploration take me beyond Central PA.  Feel free to take some time exploring my blog site and the links to my professional websites featuring more portrait and wedding images. My old blog will remain active for now and can be found under my websites button in the menu.  You can see previous posts by doing a search, looking under categories, or by using the view next entries option at the bottom of this page.

Funny Bone Friday

Recently, Brian, Olive and I attended a fun event sponsored by the Furry Friend's Network.  It was an Easter egg hunt for people of all ages and their dogs.  It was silly and fun and for an organization that helps find permanent homes for homeless pets.  Although the weather wasn't perfect, Olive definitely made the event worthwhile for us when she actually went after the eggs.  Of course, in true Olive fashion, she did cheat and started before the official said go.  I couldn't blame her, look what motivated her to crack open an egg!

Here goes our little cheater. . .

Lots of humans and their canine companions scouring the field for eggs!

I love the next photo because I think Olive was a little jealous that we didn't collect more eggs for her.  We only ended up with 7 or 8.  I was really trying to make her get them herself, of course we could have picked them up for her, but really, what fun would that have been?  Apparently, more fun according to Olive because it would have meant more dog treats! ;)

Disclaimer, this kind lady gave in to Olive and gave her an egg with a treat in it. . .Olive was very appreciative!

Funny Bone Friday

Last weekend Olive had an impromptu play date with Mia. . .and here is what happened!

Sometimes it pays off if you just happen to have a camera with you.

Funny Bone Friday

This is my dog Olive and this is a biscuit.  I always wanted her to do the trick where I could place a biscuit or bone on her nose and she would wait to eat it until I told her.  Well, if you know my little food monger, you know this COULD NEVER HAPPEN. . .until now!  Yep, turns out you can teach a 9 year old puppy new tricks!

She never woke up, guess her sniffer was asleep too!
